They say we need to exercise each week anyway so try walking.
I always thought running was hard on the body.
I did sit ups to get the belly tuned back up. I have noticed older women who seem to have a sagging belly even if they are slim, tunning up those muscles after the baby puts you back where you were before the baby.
Cut down on fat and sugar those seem to have the highest calories and are not all that good for you anyways. Eat healthy like veg's, bread, lean meat and so on.
