Is to cut yourself a little slack and like yourself for who you are and not worry about how much you weigh. It sounds like you have a very busy life and a new baby and just reading about how busy you are made me a little tired (smile). Keep exercising (walking is great because baby can go too), eat healthy and don't beat yourself up. So what if you are 60 lbs heavier than you used to be, you are a mom and your life probably has a lot more meaning than it used to.
The weight will come off slowly, but it will come off.
Just enjoy being who you are in the meantime. Vanessa
