You will need: 
Hot glue gun or Thin wire
Pine cones
Glitter and glue or Varnish
A wreath frame (available at stores in crafts dept.)
Ribbon to make a nice bow
 

Instructions
A.  Put some thin elmers glue on the pine cones and sprinkle glitter over the glue.  Or do not use glue and glitter and instead paint varnish on the pine cones.

B.  Fasten the base of each pine cone to the wreath frame until the frame is full use either a hot glue gun or thin wire.

C.  Make a nice big bow out of the ribbon and attach it to the wreath
