You will need:
One paper plate
Scissors
Hole puncher
Crayons, paint or a marker
A piece of elastic or string 

Instructions:

Draw a jack o' lantern's face on the back of a paper plate and cut out the eyes, nose, and mouth.  Color and decorate the face.

Punch a hole in each side of the mask to tie your yarn or string to so it can be held on your face.
