Tootsie Pop Sucker Ghosts
What you will need:
White Kleenex
White yarn or white ribbon or string
Tootsie Pop Suckers
Instructions:
Keep Tootsie Pop wrapper on it and cover it with a doubled Kleenex.
Wrap yarn, string or ribbon around Kleenex and Tootsie Pop and tie into
a knot. Use a colored marker to draw two dots for the ghost's eyes.
