You will need:
Colored face paints like red for a big red end of nose
Makeup like red lipstick Nylon tulle or heavy netting for the neck color
String or ribbon
Curly colored like orange or red or blue wig
Baggy legged pajamas or coverhalls
Instructions
A. Make the neck color out of the Nylon and ruffle it then use some string or ribbon to fasten it when worn.
B. Dress your clown.
C. Paint the clowns face with the face paints, give him a red nose at the tip of his nose and optional big red cheeks. Give him eye makeup. Use red lipstick for the lips.
