You will need:
Socks
Shoes - black
Suit Jacket - Dark color
Dress shirt
Pants to match jacket
Oats (whole oats) empty cardboard container or poster board
Cardboard
Hot glue gun
Black paint or black colored paper
Yarn or ribbon (black)
Instructions
A. For the Abe Lincoln hat, use the empty oats container.
Cut it down shorter for a smaller child so it's not so tall.
B. Cut the brim of the hat from the cardboard or posterboard
C. Hot glue the oats container to the brim.
D. Paint the hat black or hot glue black colored paper onto the hat.
E. Hold the hat on with yarn or ribbon.
