You will need:
One Coffee can and lid
Scissors
Glue
Paper
A picture of the child or other decorations to decorate your bank
 

Instructions:

Cut a slot in the plastic lid large enough to insert a coin. 

Wrap your paper around the can (any color you wish) and cut it to fit.  Glue the paper on the can.  Leave paper down under the rim of can so the lid will go on.

Decorate your paper with a child's picture or trace his hand, take his finger print and put them on the can or decorate with glued on pictures or drawn pictures. 

Let dry.  Use as a bank.
