You will need: 
Spray can of snow
Hot glue gun or Thin wire (I used wire it held good)
Holly, or other Christmas colored plastic flowers or bells to decorate your wreath (optional)
A wreath frame (available at stores in crafts dept.)
Ribbon to make a nice bow
 
 

Instructions
A.  Wire your small pieces of Christmas Tree branches to the wreath frame until it is full all the way around the frame. 

B.  Spray the can of snow on the branches until they looked covered 

C.  Fasten the bells and other Christmas decorations that you choose to use to decorate it.  (optional)

D.  Make a nice big bow out of the ribbon and attach it to the wreath
