You will need: 
Hot glue gun or Thin wire
Hair Spray
Holly, or other Christmas colored plastic flowers like Red and Green
A wreath frame (available at stores in crafts dept.)
Ribbon to make a nice bow
Christmas small bells and other Christmas small items to put on your wreath

Instructions
A.  Spray your Holly with Hairspray, or use plastic flowers

B.  Fasten the flowers to the wreath frame covering it all add the bells and other Christmas decorations

C.  Make a nice big bow out of the ribbon and attach it to the wreath
