Hi, this is a form & a coupon.
The coupon is for $2/$5 on any Huggies brand product, exp. 12-30-06
The form is for a free CARS Read-Along book & CD offer, exp. 12-08-06
(I checked Amazon, and this sells for $7.99...Maybe less at Walmart or Target?)
Here is the fine print:
Purchase (1) Huggies diapers, Pull-Ups, or Goodnites at participating store (**see below for stores)
Mail UPC and receipt. Purchase between 6-18-06 and 12-8-06.
Postmarked by: 12-8-06 and received by 12-15-06
PARTICIPATING STORES: KROGER, SMITH'S, FRY, DILLIONS, KING SOOPERS, CITY MARKETS, RALPHS, FRED MEYER, FOOD 4 LESS, BAKER'S, CALA/BELL MARKETS, FOODS CO., OWENS, JAY C, HILANDER, GERBES, PAYLESS AND QFC SUPERMARKETS.
